We are Ninjas in Pyjamas, probably the world's most legendary esports team.
Born in 2000 with Counter-Strike in our blood, we have pioneered the esports scene since its inception. We earned our stripes by competing at the very top level across almost a dozen game titles and we never lose — we only win or learn.
Our vision is to bring gaming culture to a world without boundaries.
The Merchandising Manager’s main role is to create fan engagement through physical products. There are two core values for this to ensure that commercial, yet profitable fashion product ranges are developed and bought in order to maximise profit and sales.
What You’ll Do
Be responsible for the product roadmap and buying calendar
Maintain relationships with factories all around the world with at least three different suppliers that can provide the same range of products
Elaborate the product range with new and exciting products for the esports audience
Maintain a constant understanding of the competitive landscape and impart key insights into line development.
Collaborate with vendor in brazil
Design, production and product logistics Responsibilities
Creation of tech-packs and print files that the factories are familiar with
Creation of brand tags, hangtags and barcode tags
Coordinate the arrival of the samples and make sure that the product is correct and up to standard
With the assortment structure, place the PO
Follow the production lead time and insure an arrival time
Maintain a good relationship with shipping companies and ensure that quality is maintained and price sensitivity
Ensure that the players have the right merchandise, for each team and the respective sponsors for each jersey

You have a degree or diploma in Buying, Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business administration, Management or Product development in Fashion
You strive in an environment of tight deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on branding, consistency, and quality
