Graphic Designer

Location: Abu Dhabi / Remote-Hybrid

NIPG FZ LLC is looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across social, marketing, campaigns, and internal communications. As part of our small but dynamic Design team, you will work closely with the Head of Brand Design and collaborate across departments to create high-quality, visually engaging work that feels distinctly NIP.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail, a good understanding of digital culture, and the ability to move quickly without compromising quality.

Role Overview

As Graphic Designer, you will support the day-to-day design needs of the business, producing assets across a wide range of formats and platforms. From social content and campaign visuals to brand materials and event assets, you will help ensure every touchpoint feels consistent, polished, and on-brand.

You will be part of a collaborative design environment where ideas move fast, expectations are high, and creativity needs to be matched with execution. Reporting into the Head of Brand Design, you will help shape how NIP is seen across all channels and contribute to the evolution of the visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and internal use.

  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Design to deliver design work that aligns with NIP’s visual identity, standards, and creative direction.

  • Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and sizes across different platforms and channels.

  • Support the social and marketing teams with fast-turnaround creative requests and day-to-day design needs.

  • Design campaign assets, launch visuals, promotional graphics, and templated materials.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of brand templates, visual systems, and design guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the Production Lead, Social Content Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure creative output is consistent and effective.

  • Prepare files accurately for digital delivery, including correct sizing, formatting, and versioning.

  • Work on motion-ready or animation-supportive assets where needed, in collaboration with video and production teams.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, digital culture, and platform best practices to keep NIP’s visual output fresh and relevant.

  • Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

  • Help keep design files, assets, and folders organized for smooth team collaboration and future use.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in-house, agency, entertainment, esports, sports, or digital media.

  • Strong portfolio showing creative range across social, digital, brand, and campaign work.

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; motion or basic After Effects skills are a plus.

  • Strong sense of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to work quickly and confidently across multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.

  • A detail-oriented approach with pride in delivering polished, accurate work.

  • Experience working within brand guidelines while still bringing original ideas and creative energy.

  • An understanding of esports, gaming, or youth culture is a strong advantage.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a small team where priorities can shift quickly.
