We are Ninjas in Pyjamas, probably the world's most legendary esports team.
Born in 2000 with Counter-Strike in our blood, we have pioneered the esports scene since its inception. We earned our stripes by competing at the very top level across almost a dozen game titles and we never lose — we only win or learn.
Our vision is to bring gaming culture to a world without boundaries.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging, SEO effective and informative product listings for Shopify and Google
Customer service up-keeping
Update stock and inventory across all platforms
Maintain the website updated with the latest information
Keep up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimize fan journey
Report on sales performance on a biweekly basis
Provide feedback on what products should be in the forefront
Follow up, check and ensure on shipping with the 3PL company
Manage internal orders
Create engaging campaigns along with the Head of E-commerce to increase sales
Curate, grow and engage with customers to drive sales
Manage the newsletter with customer segmentation and implement strategies to drive sales and growth of the database
Who You Are
You are driven and passionate about e-commerce
You have experience with customer service
You have a passion for project management
You are excellent in organizing, structuring and prioritizing tasks
You have ideally worked in customer facing roles eg. stores
You have solid knowledge of basic excel
You have some level of knowledge in coding back and front end
You are fluent in English
You can work independently on identified objectives with minimal guidance.
You are a team player at heart and always seek to fight as one (Ninja Style)
You strive to get to higher levels and you welcome feedback that helps you grow
